TECHNIQUE
1.Lie flat on floor keeping legs straight and
stretched .Place
hands
by side of legs, palms down.
2. Exhale, bend the
knees and move legs towards stomach, raise hips from floor and rest hands on hips by
bending arms at elbows.
3. Exhale, raise
trunk up perpendicularly supported by hands until chest touches chin.
4. Only back of
head, neck, shoulders and back of arms up to
elbows should rest on floor .Place hands on
middle of spine.
5. Exhale and
stretch legs straight with toes pointing up.
6. Stay for 2 to 5
minutes according to your capacity.
7. Exhale and slowly
slide down, release hands and
come back and relax.
